Donations Update 16th August 2026

The total donations received this time is £1,737.25. Donations are £946.85 raised from entrance fees, events entries and tombola at the Wells Charity Dog Show in June. £158.60 raised by a tombola at the Bridgwater Classic and Vintage Car Club show held at Westonzoyland this month, £100 donation from the North Petherton Flower Show, celebrating their 120th year and it was presented to SURE by Damiam Baker, the Mayor. £271 raised at a tombola at the Summer Rock event in Bridgwater this month. £19.95 raised by supporters shopping online using EasyFundraising, £45 from Gilly Matthews and friends in memory of June Robinson, from collection pots there was £60.15 from Tesco Express Bower Estate, Bridgwater, and £58 from Tesco Express, Bridgwater and in 5p collections there was £60 from John Wingrove and friends of Chard, £13.35 from the Trefoil Guild, £5 from Karen, £5 from Julie Prowse, £4.50 from Sharon H, £1.80 from Connie Morley and £10 (including 10ps) from Georgina Marshall.
