Donations Update 22nd October 2023

The total donated this time is £4,084.12 Megan Atkinson, Stephanie Turner and Tristan Scaife of Lloyd & Whyte, Taunton, competed in the UK Ultimate Full Distance Triathlon (a 2.4 mile swim, 112 cycle and 26.2 mile run respectively) on 25^th June 2023 which they competed as part of their  Company’s Fundraising for Charity Event, which is part of their Founder’s Day Scheme.  The Founders Day Scheme is dedicated to the memory of the Company’s founder, Mervyn Pyke.  With the help of their colleagues and partners, they raised £1,944.37, which their parent company the Benefact Group, fund matched, so SURE has received a donation of £3,888.75.  Other donations received this time are from collection pots, being £27.40 from Pynes Butchers, North Petherton, £76.51 from Tesco Express, East Reach, £52.51 from Tesco Express, Comeytrowe, and £12.15 from the One Stop Shop at Galmington. 5p collections include £4.10 from Diane Dixson, £2.85 from Diane Toon and £19.85 from St Michael’s Ladies Circle, Galmington.
