SURE supporter Judith Heaphy of Minehead is holding a fundraising event in the lead up to Christmas. Between 3rd and 24th December (10am – 4pm) Judith is having a Christmas Extravaganza! The awning will be up, decorated with loads of Christmas lights, and tables beneath will be filled with goodies (hopefully!). She will have home-made Christmas cards; Christmas table decorations; holly, ivy and mistletoe; bulbs and indoor plants in beautifully decorated pots; and so on and so on. She has a metalhead, Mr Tin Man, complete with Christmas hat and mask, and all customers (shush!!!) will be offered a glass of hot spiced fruit punch (everybody loves this – must be all the port in it!). This last is a gift from her to all her lovely supporters, both those who buy from her and those lovely people who donate plants. So wish her luck! The address is 3 Quay Lane, Minehead, TA24 5QU.
